Christmas Post with Polka Doodles

Oh my and I am glad it's Friday ... "cream crackered dot com". It's been a busy week, which in turn has flown by, but am definitely feeling my age today. I intend to have some "me" time this weekend whether that's 5 minutes or 5 hours but it will be happening ... watch out family!

The new theme over at Polka Doodle Challenges is "Christmas" and I have used the Work and Play 6 CD to create my card and used the Postwoman to deliver all our Christmas post.

I used the backing paper that comes with the Postwoman set to create my background and over stamped it with the holly stamp from "Winter Spruce". This was a stamp set designed by Nikky Hall for Premium Craft Brands. I have then used perfect pearls to fill in the berry bits.

I couldn't resist adding some holly to her hair and mail bag, finished with Doodle dewdrops. The sentiment and other backing paper is from Festive Hollybobs.

Have a great weekend everyone and hope to catch up with you all at some point over the weekend,

Lou
