New Home card using Card-io stamps

Over on the Personal Impressions blog, you will find my tutorial sharing I created this one layered card using the fab Card-io Nuits Paris collection ...

A little masking and stamping to create a scene ...

... and as I didn't have a sentiment stamp to match my design, I wrote it myself adding some dots ...

The images looked slightly washed out but that is because I am using a very textured water colour card but now looking at the final piece, I'm rather pleased with the effect.

A quick post today as lots happening from SATs starting, watching an A;level drama performance, getting the patio door glass replaced and that's only some of the things on my 'to do' list for today.

Hope you're enjoying the sun as the weather looks as if it's going to change tomorrow and that's typical as I have Forest School and was looking forward to doing an art lesson but think I better have a contingency plan ...,

Beautifully designed., I wish stamps took better to watercolor paper, but I agree it works on this project just as it came out. Thank you for sharing with us at EE!
