Sisterhood of Crafters with Kaiser Craft ...
Today I am very chuffed and honoured to be chosen as a "Sister" for The Sisterhood of Crafters challenge and can't thank Darlene enough for inviting me as a GDT .... and also for putting up with my calendar mishap (HUGE mwah Darlene).
The theme for this challenge is "Baby" and I have used some yummy Kaiser Craft papers from the Sweet Nothings pad as they were just perfect to use with my image, (which I have coloured with Flexmarkers, keeping the colouring very simple). All this has been mounted on to my embossed heart background (aged with my pan pastels).
Simple mat and layering but have roughened up the edges, adding a little curling here and there! For my centre, I have layered up 2 edgerbility dies on to more of the Kaiser Craft Sweet Nothings paper and finished with some Perfect Pearl dots.
The image has been cut out using the square dies set from Spellbinders and then layered several times (using the same set & papers as before). Finally finished by matting on to a Parisian square die cut. I have then added a few(!) swirls including pearl swirls from My Mind's Eye.
Fingers crossed I have scheduled this post to co-ordinate with EST and BST times ... however just in case, I have scheduled it to appear slightly earlier (if I have read the translation time thingy on Google correctly)!
Busy Wednesday for me and will be pleased when the day is over. Have a great day everyone,
Lou
