Gardening with Dutch Doobadoo
The theme this fortnight over at We Do Doobadoo is "masculine" and for once, I knew what I wanted to use to create my card. However, I was also attempting to keep my card CAS but alas, again I was unsuccessful. I just can't stop stick things on ..... !
I have used the gardener Bob image from Work and Play 2 from Polka Doodles and coloured him with my Promarkers. Although you can get him on the W&P 2 CD, I have chosen to use the clear stamp of him instead.
I bought several different coloured hessian rolls whilst on holiday in Ireland as they were a bargain... 3 for 1 euro ... and have used a piece as my background. I have also used 2 pieces of the honeycomb softboard to add to the background and then add some gardening bits (digi images from Sundae of Seasons CD).
Finally as I couldn't stop sticking bits on, I added some Doobadoo softboard stars and laser art butterflies. There are some other embellies too but these were from my stash.
Okay, it's busy, busy today .... tutoring this morning, local towns Michaelmas fair, hair is getting a prune and then it's time to turn in to a domestic goddess (I have to motivate myself somehow to do housework).
Have a great weekend everyone,
Lou
