Love a big bag ...... with Tatty Twinkle

I think I have finally realised that my preferred way to colour is with my new "lurve" ...  Prisma Colour pencils. I have even treated myself to the "skin colour" set with my birthday pennies and just can't wait for them to arrive. I'm not knocking any other colouring medium but think these are for me .... uuummm but am tempted by the Inktense pencils too ...
Recently I was asked to make some samples for Stephanie Weightman with the new Tatty Twinkle stamps (designed by Nikky Hall) and I had great fun colouring up all the images. For this image, Tatty Shopping (from the Girl Time Collection), I decided to use Oriental(ish) colours for Tatty and the die cuts ...

I cut all the bag die cuts out from Teresa Collins Fabrications paper and layered them on to black card. They were either finished with a flower and ribbon bow or alternatively with the string bow die cut. The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

Here is a close up of Tatty and isn't she gorgeous. Must admit I don't look that relaxed when I have completed a day of shopping .... I am considerably more dishevelled, frustrated, feet aching and just cant wait to get home !

Should also add, not a shopping person myself as cannot stand the changing rooms and then queuing to pay .... internet shopping is so much quicker ... !
