Find your own paradise ...
Another new challenge over at The Pencil Case and I have decided to use the wonderful Tropical Flowers Flamingo clear stamp set from Polka Doodles to create my card. Autumn is fast approaching and love the rich colours of this season and this was my colour choice inspiration.
I created a frame using the stamps and a bit of masking and joined up the stamping, cutting both the inside and outside away to create a frame. Behind my frame I have layered acetate and a leaf die cut screen (from Tonic). I though this added to the tropical feel. In the top corner I have stamped and layered the flowers for added depth.
I even decorated the inside of my card to keep the tropical theme using the same colours/flowers.
Today I am busily moving my youngest son in to his Uni digs and feel it's going to be a long day! Let's say we were still packing at midnight .....! Catch up with everyone over the weekend as I intend to have a mega blogging session on Sunday.
