Curioser and Curioser ...
Ohhh, doesn't that sound rather intriguing and mysterious? Sadly, the post title doesn't necessarily match the post content ... lol.
It's inspiration week over at Polkadoodles Challenges and you still have time, (another week to be precise), to enter the "Anything Goes" challenge. I've used Winnie in Wonderland, using up the remaining design sheet elements from my previous project, (plus a few other bits), to create my card ...
I began by using gilding flakes to create my border on the card blank, then matting and layering the different element. I created a big topper using the Winnie image, placing the playing cards around. I was trying to go for a swirling look but not sure the idea in my head as translated well ...!
Using the heart buttons from the design sheet, I added these to my card; mounting some with 3D foam. As a finishing touch, I have added glitter stickles and more gilding flakes in random places.
I have cut out the circular sentiment, layering it on to card and securing in place with black sheer ribbon.
