Unlike my previous Polkadoodles Christmas cards that I have shared this week, I've gone a wee bit minamilistic ... well for me, it is šŸ˜†šŸ˜‰ and I've used the Christmas Santa Claus image again but coloured in more modern traditional colours ...

Santa has been stamped on to water colour card, coloured with Aqua Flows and then cut out. He has then been placed on to a white glitter frame - die cut from Bubbleicious Frames & Fancies set - shaped and raised up using silicone glue.

The sentiment and holly leaves are from the same collection and have been layered to appear as the ending of the frame - in truth, Santa looked a little lonely just plonked on the die cut layer. The extra white snow circles are the waste from the Bubbleicious Frame and a great way to add the snowy feel to my card.

A quick post from me today as lots to do this end, the first being walking the dog, who is, at this moment, looking at me with sad eyes saying "when are we going mum" ...

My goodness Lou! What a careful and excellent piece of cutting you've done with that Santa and all those intricate whiskers and detail. But that's part of what makes this a "wow" card. Love the colouring! Love the layering! This is a beautifully crafted card and I love it. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw your beautiful Santa in its traditional colouring. The Christmas Santa Claus image with its wonderful vintage style and the sparkly matting you've mounted him to is perfect. What a lot of detail you captured in your fussy cutting. Simply beautiful! Lou thanks so much for joining us at the Watercooler Wednesday challenge this week.
