Wishing you every Wish in the World - Polkadoodles stamps
Good morning. The sky is blue, no clouds and the sun shining but the wind ... the wind is very chilly! Not sure if it's warm or cold today which makes getting dressed a wee bit tricky. Anyways, I'm here today to share 2 cards with exactly the same layout, colours and made with the same Polkadoodles products - Polkadoodles Pretty Perfect collection - but one I have left bright and the other softer ...
I created the background for both cards using Polkadoodles Moroccan Screen stencil and Izink dye based ink pads. On the brighter card, I have left the back ground 'as is' but on the softer card, I spritzed with water and then took away the excess water/ink. For the brighter card, I have stamped the images in black but on the softer card, stamped and embossed in white.
I love the look of both the cards, for different reasons, - goes to show that you can use the same products identically - but create a contrasting 'feel/vibe'. What do you think?
Big girl knickers time today as going to sort through all my photos ... wish me luck!
