Taking inspiration from the Polkadoodles Funky Fantasy A4 topper sheet collection

Who doesn't adore the Stamp Soup collections? However did you know that there was also a fabulous topper collection called Funky Fantasy A4 Topper Collection? These A4 sheets are an invaluable resource to use alongside any of your soup stamps but work seamlessly with Circling Around and In A Frenzy. If you are stuck for an idea when using your stamps, grab the Funky Fantasy toppers, flick through and you'll suddenly be awash with crafty notions.

For my card, I have taken inspiration from one of the toppers and recreated my embellishments using  Circling Around stamp soup. Then I've combined the all the elements ...

I began by adding a piece of backing paper from  Funky Fantasy 6"x 6"papers, then using Posydoodles Basics circle layering dies, I die cut my topper, placing this on to my card front. Still using the same dies, I created a frame which grounds the topper.

Next, I have stamped out all the matching elements using Circling Around stamp soup, coloured them to match the topper, cut them out and added to the card in the corner. This way you could still see the original topper design peeking through.

Using Posydoodles Basics tag dies, I die 2 tags, layering on top of each other and a pennent; stamping my sentiment on to the latter - from Sentimentals stamp set - adding to the opposite corner. As a finishing touch, I have added an extra set of stamped leaves and a dragonfly, which was from the same Funky Fantasy topper sheet.

A truly quick card to make and all the inspiration can from one topper. Would love to see your take on this idea ie: take any topper and use it as inspiration with your stamps.
