Memory Book Essentials from dies to stamps by Tonic Studios on WednesDIE Deals Day + a few discount codes

Wednesday again! Flabbergasted as to how quickly these weeks are flying by. I know I say it each week but here I am again sharing some new and old projects for my regular Wednesday Tonic inspired post.

WednesDie Deals for me have quickly become my weekly trip down memory lane. Both as a way to share projects but also a reminder to dig out my craft stash and play with it again. This week I am sharing a selection of projects using Tonic Studios Keepsake Base Creator , Life's Journey & Flora Memoria layering dies. Okay ... probably one or two other collections added in for good measure too 😉 including the Slider Dies.

You can check out the dies on offer by clicking links below:

Lots of inspiration below using all the dies on offer this week ...

  • Life's Journey My Memory Book dies
  • Flora Memoria layering dies
  • Slider dies
  • Memory Book Essentials dies + stamps

ACCORDION BOOK

I thought I'd take both Life's Journey & Flora Memoria dies to create a memory book. However not with a traditional spine but as an accordion book. I have used lots of elements from the Woodland Walk colour trend collection.

FRONT COVER

I have layered all the different sizes on top of each other to create my cover. Adding lots of floral embellishments, plus bunting, as my finishing touch.

PAGES

Using the main outside edge dies, I made the folded page elements. These have been stuck on top of each other, which in turn creates the accordion.

This is a great & quicker way to create a memory book, which could be closed with a ribbon or belt. You can check out the full Woodland Walk collection by clicking links below -

Also sharing a card made using all the decorative elements with velum in between.

MEMORY BOOK

I also created a traditional memory book using Life's Journey & Flora Memoria which I shared at the dies launch. You can see the fill blog post HERE.

MEMORY BOOK ESSENTIAL + STAMPS

Now this is a truly versatile collection. Although designed for memory book making, it crosses over in to lots of different genres. Now I went to town using all the dies & stamps to create the album below ...

Check out my blog post HERE show casing my album in all its glory.

You Tube video sharing how I made my album below ...

SLIDER DIE SETS

There are 3 sets within the slider dies and they are incredibly versatile. Don't just use them as is but extend, create your own tops, use as decorations .... plus lots more ideas.

  • Peekaboo Slider Die: Approx. 3.75in x 2.8in
  • My First Slider Die: Approx. 3.8in x 2.8in
  • Rose Slider Die: Approx. 3in x 4in

In this album, I have extended the sliders to create small & tall tags. I have even created my own tops. To see more about this album click HERE.

A quick baby card using the different elements.
