Jazz Up your card making with music-themed designs

Whilst having a craft room sort out of all my 12" x 12" papers, I came across the wonderful Blue Note Collection by Ciao Bella Paper. Had to stop & made 2 quick jazz / music themed cards ...

These cards really do jazz up your card making. The music theme in the images from the Blue Note Collection are so iconic.

Play what you know

For this card I have used a mix of the stunning background papers from Ciao Bella Paper 12" x 12" Blue Note Paper Pad to make a 6" x 6" finished card. The mix of imagery, to me, has a beautiful flow to the whole piece. it makes you wonder if it is a card or a piece of wall art.

The smaller elements have been taken from the Ciao Bella Paper  Blue Note A4 Creative Pad, including the sentiments. I have layered these on top of each other to make a collage feel card design.

Life without music is a mistake

I actually adore the random mix of images with a fantastic, iconic music / jazz feel to them. Again I have used the Ciao Bella Paper 12" x 12" Blue Note paper pad for my backing layers. The hidden map detail behind has a wonderful movement to it.

Again I have layered up lots of different images taken from Ciao Bella Paper Blue Note A4 Creative Pad and for me, I love the eclectic feel that they then create. I have used a little glossy accents on the guitar image to highlight the nod to the music theme.
