Celebrate Forever: Mr & Mr Wedding Card with Ciao Bella's Always & Forever Collection
Traditionally, wedding card designs often skew feminine. But with the Always & Forever Collection, Ciao Bella empowers you to create a wedding card that truly reflects the love between everyone. Sharing an idea I had for a friends up & coming wedding inspired by the imagery in the Ciao Bella Paper Always & Forever Collection.
More details about how to make this card, along with a short reel are below.
We have a wedding to go to in the next 2 months and I really wanted to make a card for the occasion. I have struggled for ideas and was going to buy a shop bought card - although nothing wrong with this idea.
When I received my DT package from Ciao Bella Paper and saw the imagery in the Always & Forever Collection, everything fell in to place. It also gave me the push to get out my rather dusty ScanNCut too!
Materials:
- White & grey cardstock
- Ciao Bella Always & Forever Collection papers
- ScanNCut (optional) Could use alphabet dies or stickers instead
- Adhesive
- 3D foam pads
- Glossy Accents
Instructions:
- Create an 8" x 8" card base with the grey card and add a white card mat layer.
- Adhere the paper to the cardstock base.
- Using the ScanNCut, create a Mr & Mr sentiment. Cut twice in grey & once in white. Layer the grey together and add the white as a drop shadow.
- Layer the images onto your card base with 3D foam pads for added dimension.
- Add the "Mr. & Mr." sentiment and cover with glossy accents.
- You could add extra personalisation by adding the peoples names to the card.
