M.A.Y. the fun begin: Crafting Together with All Brands YouTube Hop

Welcome, crafty friends! It's time to celebrate spring and unleash our creativity with the fabulous Crafting Together with All Brands (C2WABs) YouTube Hop! This month's theme is bursting with vibrant M.A.Y. colours, and we've got some exciting projects to share that will inspire you to craft together.

M A Y Colours

For this months Crafting Together With All Brands YouTube Hop we have chosen the theme M A Y colours ... but with a wee twist! Using the letters M A Y we have each chosen the colour we want to use in our projects eg:

• M for mauve, magenta, 
• A for apricot, apple green
• Y for yellow, yellow green

For this months hop, I have made 3 different backgrounds using the letters M A Y to pick the oxide inks I should use.All the products I have used are listed at the bottom of this post.

Idea #1

Aged Mahogany, Abandoned Coral & Scattered Straw

As I said on my video, the backgrounds did need some more layers, so I have added these using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink plus my Shady Designs Floral Frames stamps.

Idea #2

Mermaid Lagoon, Antique Linen, Twisted Citron

This background also had a few layers added using My Shady Designs painted Mixing stamp set with Versafine Clair Nocturne and a few white dots with a Posca pen.

Idea #3

Seedless Preserve, Peacock Feathers & Squeezed Lemonade

Now this background was my "wild card" but I actually love how it turned out. Finished with some stamping using my Shady Designs Leafing Around stamp set. A few splats of a white Posca pen, finishes off the background.

Who are "Crafting Together with All Brands"?

Crafting Together with All Brands or C2WABs, is a Facebook Group created to share all our makes & ideas using whatever brand we wanted to and also mixing up all our different craft products too.

The creatives taking part in the YouTube Hop are active members of the group and want to continue to share ideas. Anyone is welcome to join in the YouTube Hop as it is all about inspiration, ideas and supporting each others creative journey.
