Tonic Studios Magazine - issue #11 - giveaway + discount code

Good morning everyone. Had a really chilled weekend catching up on this and that but at a fab steady ace. No urgency to the tasks, just did them as and when. Bliss ...!

A wee bit excited today as other than having a card published in the Tonic Studios magazine, I also have a 2 page feature about how I organise my craft space. Will explain more further down in the post.

TONIC STUDIOS MAGAZINE

This edition is very spring floral with a wonderful colour palate. The die set include can be used in many ways, as demonstrated by all the wonderful projects found inside this issue.

GIVEAWAY - Do you fancy winning this copy? All you need to do, is leave a comment on this blog post, my facebook page or my instagram account. You can leave a comment on all 3 if you wish and gain 3 entries in to the draw! I will announce the winner on and around 10th March 2020.

If you are struggling to find the magazine, check out Craftstash as when I looked this morning, they still had some for sale.

MY PROJECT
My commission this month was to create a card in 12 manageable steps using the die and paper kit. The die creates the floral elements & circle aperture in 2 simple passes through your die cutting machine.

I wanted to use the dies in different ways and also enhance them using some of the floral elements from the paper kit.

CRAFT ROOM ORGANISATION

In the magazine I share tips as to how I use the different Tonic Studios storage items to help organise myself.

However since then, I have decided to re-organise my space all over again lol. I wrote a blog post about how I have made a start and you can check it out HERE.

Over the weekend, Tonic Studios had a fabulous storage sale and I have "bagged" 2 more of these to help with my stamp organisation ... psst sale still going 😉 When I first began organising my stamps, the stamp organiser sheets were not available & I have been using card sleeves. Not any more and can't wait for them to arrive now.

Now I can't decide to use the stickers supplied or get my print gadget out again. I thing it's going to be the gadget as I have lots of different colours to use & could then organise my stamps in to themes ... decision, decisions.

 Luxury Storage stamp wallets

Tonic Studios have kindly given me a 10% discount code to share with you all against any purchase in the store, including the sale section. The only thing you can't use the discount on, is Craft Kits. Click the links below ...

Discount will come off/apply at checkout.

SCRAPBOOK.COM

I have been working my way through their lessons in their classroom feature on Craft Room Organisation. However suddenly realised that I am "starting to run before I can walk", so have taken myself back to week #3. I'm going to methodically make changes in my space and not just lurch from one thing to another. Hurry up postie as need my new storage trays ... lol

If you've never seen the classes at Scrapbook.Com, you can see all they have to offer HERE. They literally cover everything and anything. Superb resource & all are FREE!

THIS WEEK

Well I have been very ambitious and have several videos to edit using the new "All About the Girls" collection from Polkadoodles. Yummy transition layering stamps ... in love. You can see the whole collection HERE

Also the new colour trend from Tonic Studios is launched on Thursday & I have been putting that through it's paces. Will share my projects with you all on Thursday.

Have a great week everyone,

Lou

Thank you Lou for the chance to win this wonderful magazine! I'm in the US, therefore, when I learned that Scrapbook was not getting any to sell, I went to Craft Stash! Although $16.00 is not a bad price for your magazine, $9.95 for shipping $25.95 is way too much to pay, especially as I am retired! So, I'm glad for a chance to win as I love all the projects, papers, and extra goodies usually included in the package! Have a great day and Thanks again!

I have also been working hard on craft space organization lately. I have also been making a lot of lists about what materials I own and where they are in the shelves as I now have four different shelves.
Be nice to win your giveaway!

I wish I had a craft room to organize. As it stands now I have to do my crafting in the surface of the chest freezer. That means everything has to be out away so I can get out dinner to thaw, so in a way I guess I am organized. Id love to win the magazine.
