Mindfullness journal page in my Sakura Sketch Note book with black paper
With the new restrictions in place for social distancing, Hochanda came up with the fab idea of their guests sending in demo videos showing how to use the products on the shows. For my Sakura shows on 8th April, I made 2 videos showcasing different products featured. My first demo was creating a journal page in my Sakura sketch note book with black pages using a range of Gelly Roll pens.
Now I said I'd post my completed page & here it is ...
You can see the page HERE on a previous blog post.
Today's post is sharing the "how to" video and also my completed page
MY JOURNAL PAGE
My empty page looked like this ...
Since then, I have dated the page & filled in 3 things on each day that brought a smile to my face ...
After adding all the things in that week that made me either laugh or smile, I started adding to to the hearts too.
As I've said before, because Sakura Gelly Roll pens work on non-porous surfaces, I can go over my work adding more detail or words in this case.
I also added a little note at the bottom of my pages because when I looked over what I had written, I realised the things that made me smile the most, was my family.
EDITED TO ADD: Now, there was one thing I missed from this page. A huge whooping omission and one pointed out to me by Steve. As I had already written this post, I have had to "doctor" one of my photos & type in some extra words. Can you spot them?

Another great weather day here, so am off to finish the garden. I've split it up in to zones, so I have a little bit to do each couple of days. I have my four legged helper again who is great a ferreting out stones!
Take care & stat safe,
Lou
