SEVEN different ways with layering stamps + FOUR step by step videos too.

Hello everyone. How are you all? This latest lockdown seems to be more painful than the first but can't quite out my finger on why?

Today I'm sharing lots of different ways to use layering stamps to create a multitude of cards. I've chosen to work with Polkadoodles Honey Rose & Spring Rose A5 clear stamp sets, alongside the Spring Sentiment stamps too.

Although the photo above shows 4 ideas, all in all, I think I have created  SEVEN ideas just for this blog post plus FOUR step by step videos too!

Below I am going to share all the different card projects I have made for this post but also previous projects too ... plus, I will share links to all the YouTube videos I have created using these versatile stamp sets - you can jump straight to these inks HERE

FRIENDS SPRING UP

Using the beautiful Honey Rose layering stamp set. This is a huge A5 stamp set with  19 stamps n the whole set. I've kept to a very simple colour palate  and masked off the images to create a single layer card. The sentiment is from Spring Wishes sentiment stamps - 10 stamps in set.

I've used my distress oxides for all the layers, including the outlines - which are our first layers.

JUST A LITTLE NOTE

This card is a simple as it really gets really. I stamped the sentiment and masked it off with a small piece of card. Next using the park Life stencil and distress inks, I created my background. A simple butterfly image from the Spring Rose stamp set, was the finishing piece.

YOU'RE BLOOMING BEAUTIFUL

Using a selection of all the smaller stamps from both the Honey Rose & Spring Rose sets plus also from Mother's Day Sentiments stamp set, I created my wreath design using black ink. next using distress oxides, I added colour using the same stamps. The sentiment is from Spring Wishes stamp set. Finally a few stamped butterflies from Spring Rose, cut out & added.

WITH LOVE

For this card I wanted to create a shabby chic look using the Spring Rose stamps with the Blushing Blooms paper pack. I have used all the layers for all the images with distress inks , cut them out and layered up. My added extra was some twine bits & a few gems.

I have a step by step YouTube video showing how I created this card is below:

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

For this card I wanted to create a single layer card which didn't look as if it was a single layer. You can see the original blog post HERE. There is also a YouTube video showing step by step process. Link is below.

LOVE YOU MUM

This matching card, tag & envelope has been made using the Mother's Day sentiment set using a heart die cut aperture as my guide. You can see the original blog post HERE. I also created a YouTube video showing how quick & easy this project is to make:

MY WONDERFUL AMAZING BEST FRIEND

Using a very limited colour palate & masks, I created this card during a Facebook live. You can see the original blog post HERE and the Facebook Live video link is below. Forgive the quality of the video and I'm not 100% sure why it uploaded so dark.

YOUTUBE VIDEOS

At present there are 4 videos using the All About Girls collection over on my YouTube channel & I have tried to keep each project easy to show how easy the flowers line up, along with the other elements. Click on images below to be taken to each video.

Whilst over visiting my channel, would love it if you became a follower, subscribed to notifications & liked the videos. Thank you ever so much; your support is greatly appreciated.

The collection as a whole is currently on sale at the moment with a 20% discount on the RRP.

Phew, that took a while to collate! I do have another SIX cards made using the stamps within the collection but will share them another day.
